Cornelius W. “Neil” Phillips, III founded Dunn & Phillips, P.C. and has practiced law in Western Massachusetts since 1979. He earned a bachelor’s degree in 1974 and a Master of Education in 1975 from Westfield State College, then a J.D. from Western New England College School of Law in 1979. That same year, he was admitted to practice in Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
