Stephen L. Thomas is Dunn & Phillips, P.C.'s Senior Litigation Paralegal. With the firm since September 2009, Stephen manages serious personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, workers' compensation, general litigation, and trial practice, as well as the legal assistant staff. He has investigated hundreds of serious-injury cases and has helped litigate and settle personal injury matters in the multi-million-dollar-plus range, along with many other significant recoveries for injured people across Massachusetts. His knowledge of insurance and civil procedure, and his investigative energy, keep him working directly with clients and the litigation team through complex and life-altering events.
