Stephen L. Thomas is Dunn & Phillips, P.C.’s Senior Litigation Paralegal. With the firm since September 2009, Stephen manages serious personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, workers compensation, general litigation, and trial practice, as well as legal assistant staff. Mr. Thomas has investigated hundreds of cases involving serious personal injury. He has played an integral role in litigating and successfully settling personal injury-related matters in the multi-million-dollar-plus range and equally involved in other significant recoveries for the injured, throughout Massachusetts. Stephen’s deep knowledge and experience in insurance, civil procedure, and his investigative energy, places him front-facing, working closely with our clients, and litigation team. In his role, Stephen brings fiercely a competitive, dedicated, and empathetic approach, with skills in writing, research, reasoning, and advocacy, to our Personal Injury department.
